Capitalize abbreviated titles that follow names. Credentials and designations such as R.N., Esq., C.S.R., and M.A. are always capitalized when they appear after a person's name.

Transcript Notes
Do not generally capitalize titles that come after names. Exception: certain titles of high national or international distinction are always capitalized regardless of position.
